Lena Rossbach, LL.M.

  • Attorney (Rechtsanwältin)

Lena Rossbach comprehensively represents and renders advice to clients with regard to mercantile and commercial law.

Through her international law course (LL.B. European law; LL.M. international trade law), she combines the national perspective of German commercial law with a deep understanding of international supply chains and global trading standards. Accordingly, she assists companies particularly with cross-border contract configurations, in matters involving the CISG, and concerning international jurisdiction issues.

A focal point of her work as an attorney is the creation and review of individual supply and distribution contracts as well as the composition of practical GTC. She also assists companies with questions of contract performance, including warranty and liability provisions, with individual data protection-law aspects, as well as in the framework of due-diligence investigations.

In contentious cases, Lena Roßbach represents clients in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings: from contractual performance and payment lawsuits to complex mercantile-law disputes with international components.

The majority of her clients are medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs from Germany and abroad who are looking for structured, internationally-oriented legal advice.
